Before: Please complete any emailed intake forms prior to your appointment, and arrive 15 to 30 minutes earlier, so our therapist can give you a proper assessment. We discover the root cause of whatβs going on and tailor your session to meet your needs.
During: Please silence your phone and just relax and take your time to undress and get dressed. Our therapists are never scheduled back to back.
After: You walk away with helpful tips for at-home self-care to keep up with your self-care between sessions. Your therapist will also discuss with you future treatment plans according to your needs and goal.

Whether or not you prefer talking during your session is completely up to you! This is your time. The massage therapist will occasionally ask a few questions, pertaining to your comfort level, and how you are feeling. We have learned that some people relax by talking while others prefer to have their massage in silence. Oftentimes, people will start out talking, then "drift awayβ as the massage proceeds. Whatever helps you to relax the most is best.

People may have different needs depending on the state of their bodies. Your massage therapist will discuss this with you after your session. However, for general wellness, we recommend aiming for at least once per month. This allows individuals with generally good health to build upon their last appointments without having to start over. This will ensure that you are able to receive all of the health benefits that massages provide. A few of our clients come in once a week, most of them come in every other week, some every 3 weeks, and some once a month. All of them recognize the importance of self-care and the health benefits that they enjoy from receiving massages on a regular basis.

If it is more than 24 hours ahead of time, you can simply change the appointment by calling us or on our website without being charged a cancellation fee and re-book for another available time slot. It is less likely to be able to change appointments with short notice, so try to call us as soon as you know the appointment needs to be changed.
-
Not showing up to an appointment causes our massage therapists to lose time that they may have used to provide services to other clients. For this reason, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you do not show up, unfortunately, we will have to charge the card on file for the missed service.
-
Please call to inform us that you are running late so that we know that you are still coming and can assess if we will still be able to provide the service for the length of time that you requested. Sometimes it is possible, however other times there may be a massage booked directly after yours which may require the length of your service to be shortened.

Yes. If you are 16 years of age or older, you can still receive our services. We have a minor release form that a guardian needs to sign. Our policy also requires the guardian to stay at the salon while you are receiving your massage.

For regular massage, you can undress to the level of your comfort. Many clients dress down to their underwear, but this is completely up to you! Regardless of what you decide, private areas will always be covered by a sheet while the massage therapist is in the room.
For Thai massage, you will be wearing comfortable cloth offered by us during the whole session.
