Kailey
Massage Therapist
Hi! My name is Kailey (pronounced Ky-Lee). I am the newest addition to the Mellow Metta Wellness family! It has always been my dream to be in the medical field since I was a little girl. I have seen so many people's lives and health improve significantly through massage therapy and alternative healing practices, my own included, and am honored to be a part of that change. I started my healthcare education by completing the massage therapy program at Elgin Community College in 2019, and then later became certified in Bamboo-fusion massage in 2021.
My training continues as I am currently a full-time student pursuing a Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine! I am excited to learn more about the body, how it all works, and how I can better serve my friends, family, clients, future patients, and my community. It brings me so much joy to be able to assist others in their health journeys, no matter where they are at in life, and I cannot wait to help you with your personal wellness goals!

Alexandra
Massage Therapist
Hi, my name is Alexandra! I’ve been a student of massage therapy for almost 15 years. I have been receiving massages since I was a little girl. Ever since I knew massage therapy was something special and fruitful for my life, I was able to see the impact it had on others firsthand. Years later, I was able to receive a formal education at Elgin Community College and graduated in 2021.
During my schooling, my love for massage grew. What excited me the most was helping people through all types of pain—not just physical, but mental, emotional, and spiritual too.
I like to see the body as a whole, and I want to empower people to do the same and take their health into their own hands. But they don’t have to do it alone, and I would be honored to offer that helping hand in someone’s health journey.
Important Notes:
To ensure all our clients receive the best service possible, at our practice, each therapist only sees limited clients. Alex only sees 15 clients per week. To get your ideal visit time, please schedule your appointment as soon as you can.

Üe (Yoo-eh)
Massage Therapist, Stretch Therapist, Yoga Teacher
I started my massage journey 18 years ago. As a young athlete, I suffered from tremendous chronic neck and back pain. tui-na (traditional Chinese massage) transformed my life, whereas many doctor visits had failed. Massage has become a part of my life ever since.
Because of my education in the United States, China, and Thailand, I have a unique massage style, which is a mixture of Swedish, traditional Chinese massage, and Thai massage. I am a compassionate therapist who sees my clients as whole human beings—not bundles of problems and injuries. Eighteen years of experience in receiving and giving massages has taught me the importance of meeting my clients where they are in each given treatment.
I craft each massage, fully aware that some of my clients need more soft tissue treatment, whereas others need more Eastern energy healing techniques that bring awareness and healing to the body. I especially enjoy working with people who are dealing with chronic conditions, but all are welcome.
