Massage Therapist

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a wide range of massage techniques and therapies tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' concerns, goals, and preferences, and develop personalized treatment plans accordingly.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including progress notes and treatment plans.

  • Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend appropriate self-care practices.

  • Collaborate with our compassionate team of wellness professionals to ensure a seamless and holistic experience for our clients.

Requirements:

  • Valid state licensure as a massage therapist.

  • Proficient in a variety of massage modalities, including deep tissue, Swedish, sports, and prenatal.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

  • Ability to adapt and customize treatments based on individual needs and preferences.

  • Commitment to maintaining a serene, safe, and professional work environment.

  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Additional Information:

We are a small, specialized practice, treating injury and trauma. Our facility is a dream environment for bodywork, custom designed to be ultimately comfortable for both therapist and client: hydraulic tables, aromatherapy, hot packs, and external linen service. We have various shifts available throughout the week and weekend and prefer a commitment of at least 2 shifts a week Please enquire for more details on scheduling.
